Meet  David 

David is a Boise-area business leader with a passion for people, service, and community impact. With a career spanning more than three decades, he has built his expertise at the intersection of dental care, business operations, and leadership.

After earning his degree from Brigham Young University, David began his career in business management, leading and growing a successful hair salon (formerly Von Curtis Salon in Provo, Utah). He went on to spend more than a decade transforming and expanding an optometric practice, Elmore County Eyecare, through strong operational leadership and strategic oversight.

He later co-founded Family Dental Care, an Idaho-based dental practice, where he served as practice manager and co-owner for over 20 years. During that time, he focused on building a strong team culture, creating an exceptional patient experience, and developing efficient systems that supported long-term growth and profitability. He later earned his MBA from Boise State University, further strengthening his strategic and operational expertise.

Beyond his professional work, David is deeply committed to service. He has spent over a decade participating in international dental outreach programs in Mexico and Central America and has held numerous leadership roles in both community and faith-based organizations.

Fluent in German and experienced in mentorship and leadership development, he is especially passionate about helping others grow—both personally and professionally.
